All payments & donations are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund/return possibility. This means all sales are final; they are re-deposited into covering the overall server cost and maintenance. Ultimately, all income will be reinvested into improving user experience. If you receive any kind of ban/blacklist from Unmatched Roleplay, we are still unable to offer you a refund. This is because by playing our server, you automatically agree to follow our rules and consent to accept the punishments handed to you by our support team. You also agree to our no-refund policy automatically by purchasing any of our packages. The only person who can approve a refund is the Server Owner. Openings of chargebacks/financial claims against our server will lead to a revocation of your package if necessary, as well as a permanent blacklist from Unmatched Roleplay without the possibility of an appeal. Depending on the package, your goods may be resold to other members of the community. We remain the right to change the performance or appearance of your products if we think it is necessary. We are also not liable for any issues with custom vehicles, clothing or peds you have provided us. You are prone to a character wipe if you attempt to chargeback. This policy is viable to changes at any time without previous notice.
